Story of Greedy Lady

#She was too greedy#

Key words: Conceited, condescending, and grouchy.

Once upon a time there was a greedy Headmaster. She wanted to take any managerial positions that she could take them all. One day, the Headmaster of senior high school resigned and the management has sounding one person for replacement, so in this case, this greedy lady can be promoted become a senior high school headmaster, and the Junior high school headmaster can be replaced by another person.  But from the situation, it seemed that this greedy lady didn't  want the vacancy to be filled with anyone. She wanted both position only for her, a senior high school Headmaster and junior high school Headmaster as well. She didn't want to cooperate with anyone that she didn't really like. She was so subjective. She thought she was the highest of all. She acted condescending, with no doubt.

As a person she was too greedy and grouchy. Under her management the staff become stressed, most of them have resigned, only the strongest and wanted profession as teacher who can survive.

She become conceited Captain on her own little ship. She always believed that her work was the best, even when it wasn't. She talked not nice to staff that she might think will against her.

She also always talked not nice to the students who came late at school as if she was a cruel queen who wanted to cut off everyone against her.  She behave like she was the one who run the show, blame each other even though she didn't really know what was going on in detail, always angry and dominant, always talking about people in negative way, she always thought negative about everything that she didn't like. She would speak rude if she found something out of the line, in other way if she could kill this person (turn off the person’s career) that against her, then why not?!

She has no respect at all. She always blamed staff in front of everyone, so that everyone knows that she has power on her position. She didn't care about employee’s feeling, that they have been so much sincere and serious work for her.

She took control of everything even though in some cases she didn't know how to fix it. She shouted and blamed most of the time.

She become a disaster for the staff who didn't like her leader style.
In this chaotic situation, there is one staff looking for another boat that can take her to a good land.
